She also sold self-produced videos over the internet in which she spoke directly to the tripod-mounted camera, and thus to the viewer. Death debate Reports of Devi's death have been inconclusive. On April 1, 2006, AngelaDevi.com displayed an announcement that Devi had died[1] and that the site was no longer available to new members. Within 24 hours the announcement of her death had been removed, but the site remained unavailable to new members, ultimately closing on April 30, 2006. The domain's DNS records were removed shortly thereafter. Her death may not be literal, but may instead suggest that the Angela Devi character will no longer be used, allowing the woman who played her to live a life away from adult entertainment. This theory is supported by postings attributed to her on an internet forum she was known to frequent.[2] (A later post to the same forum contradicts this and states that the earlier post was an attempt to cover up her real death to protect her family.[3]) Her galleries at Foxes.com have also been removed.
